GM Deck by I. C. R. in Foster City, CA
Complete deck is built with Premium Grain Decking, "Western Red". A gas line was brought up for the Bar-Be Que on the left corner. A seating bench was constructed on the right upper deck for guest seating. Stairs are lit at night at with a flip of a switch. The hard scape is rust colored slate with lava rock for grout. The old drainage problem is gone. All the perimeter landscape is lit with lighting once again with a flip of a switch. The homeowner syas it is his "favorite" room of the house.
