Remember Frank and Marlene Samide of Utica, NY? Marlene won $5000 dollars worth of materials in our annual Dream Deck Sweepstakes.
The smilin' happy couple sent us this picture, in their back yard, right after their win was announced.

They ordered their materials through the Bruce Hall Home Center in Cooperstown, NY.  (Yes... near the Baseball HOF.)

Then, their son, Frankie went to work

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

...and the deck took shape!

                                                                             First, they called it "Posthenge".

Then constructed the joists.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lay down the decking.

 Finish the railing.
