/professionals/fiberon-partner...I was a Fiberon Partner in 2018. Am I automatically enrolled in the new Partner Program?
If your 2018 reward submissions were up to $9,999, you will begin 2019 as a Partner. If your 2018 submissions were between $10,000 and $39,999 you will begin 2019 as a Select Partner. Submissions between $40,000 and $99,999 qualify for 2019 as a Premier Partner. Submissions $100,000 and higher will start 2019 as an Elite Partner.

What are 'Partner Rewards'?
Fiberon Partners can earn rewards throughout current calendar year for purchases of Fiberon decking and railing products. Rewards are provided in the form of points that transfer into gift cards from various retailers and/or VISA gift cards. One point is equal to $1 in rewards. Rewards apply to residential projects as well as commercial, multi-unit.

How does Fiberon determine which partner level fits me?
Partner levels are based on qualifying purchases from the prior year. There are four levels:

Can I move up to the next partner level during this current year, or do I have to wait until the following year?
Once your Fiberon purchases qualify for the next partner level, we will automatically update your status. No more waiting! You will begin earning bigger rewards and qualify for other program benefits right away. How do I submit my invoices?
This year, it’s even easier to submit receipts. Send them in via your smartphone, computer, or tablet. Or, if you prefer, you can email or fax invoices or mail them in via the U.S. Postal Service.

I’m new to Fiberon. How do I get started in the Partner Program?
Complete an application. Fiberon Partners are required to provide their Contractor’s License Number and Proof of Liability Insurance. Your local Fiberon rep will then contact you to meet, review the program benefits in greater detail, and answer your questions.

I'm a Fiberon Partner, but have not received any leads.
Fiberon uses email as our primary method to alert you of incoming leads, as well as communicate important announcements. In this age of spam filters and firewalls, we want to ensure that our lead alert emails are arriving in your email Inbox. If you’re not receiving leads via email, please perform these 3 actions:

  1. Check your Junk or Spam folder
  2. Add to your safe sender list on your email platform
  3. Log into your online Partner Account where you can find your leads. And provide feedback to continue receiving leads

How does the lead system work?

  • A homeowner lead comes in from our website (a quote request, purchased samples, or asked for help)
  • The homeowner receives an email thanking them for their interest, and includes the contact info for local Fiberon Partners
  • An email is sent to Fiberon Partners within 35 miles, alerting you of the lead
  • Click the link within that email and log into your Fiberon Partner Dashboard where more details are provided
  • After you contact the homeowner lead, provide feedback within your Dashboard to continue receiving leads
