Fiberon Samples Return Policy

The policies outlined below are solely for products purchased via fiberondecking.com. All Fiberon products purchased elsewhere (dealer, retail or otherwise) by the customer wishing to return and/or exchange should reach out to that specific entity. 

 

Samples

All sales of samples (decking, railing) are final.

In the event of defect, damage or mistake in shipment on part of shipper contact online@fiberondecking.com for replacement of product.

 

Fiberon is committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best shopping experience possible. Should a product you purchase not match your expectations or needs, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days from delivery date and a customer care specialist will be happy to review your request.

Product Return Policies

The policies outlined below are solely for stock products purchased via fiberondecking.com and excludes sample products. For customers wishing to return and/or exchange products purchased from somewhere other than fiberondecking.com, please contact customer support via email. Product that has been installed, painted or in any way modified from the original shipped condition is not eligible for return.

Freight Carrier Damage Claims

  • In the event of damage, the following actions are appropriate.    
  • Claims for loss related to carrier damage must be filed in writing, on fiberondecking.com/returns within 1 business day (24 hours) of delivery. The claim filed must note the damage to the product and include photographs of the tracking label and damaged goods.  Failure to timely initiate a claim or include the requested information may result in disallowance of a claim.

Non-Damaged Stock Item Returns

  • Products purchased as a sample may not be returned via this process. Any stock items ordered on fiberon.com may be returned under the following guidelines, in fiberon's sole discretion: 
  • Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery.
  • Products that have been discontinued are not eligible for return.
  • All requests for returned goods are subject to the following:
  • Goods must be received in good and original condition.
  • Goods must be in unbroken, original packaging.
  • If a return request is approved, instructions will be provided to the customer. In the event products are required to be returned to fiberon, instructions will be provided for the return to be made via a fiberon-approved carrier. 
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, fiberon will inspect the goods and issue a refund if all outlined requirements have been met. 

 Defect Returns

  • Return requests for suspected defective material must be submitted on fiberondecking.com/returns with pictures clearly indicating the quality concerns with the product and showing there was no damage to the product.

Cancellations

  • fiberon will accommodate cancellations for ordered product under the following guidelines:
  • Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours from receipt of order placed on fiberon.com.
  • The cancellation request must reference either the customer purchase order number or fiberon order number, and the line item(s) to be cancelled.
  • fiberon will confirm cancellations with an order cancellation acknowledgement email.

Return Procedure:

By proceeding forward with your request you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Fiberon Terms and Conditions, Warranty, Shipping and Return & Exchange Policies at the time your order was placed. Returns / exchanges that have not been authorized cannot and will not be accepted.

Fiberon is committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best shopping experience possible. The return / exchange request process can take up to 10-15 business days to complete. Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to process your request. Orders that are pending disputes or chargebacks will not be accepted or reviewed until the dispute or chargeback process is resolved.

Cancellations

Customers have 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel an order without penalty. Cancellation requests MUST be submitted to online@fiberondecking.com. By proceeding forward with an order you acknowledged that you have read and agreed to the Fiberon Terms and Conditions, Warranty, Shipping, and Return & Exchange Policies
